Strategic Partnership Launch Week Promotion - January 2024

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotional offer is open to Kwik Fit and Tyre Pros Centre staff only (Centre Managers, Tyre Technicians and Fitters).

2. The promotion offers Kwik Fit and Tyre Pros Centre staff a chance to win the following prizes:

a. On Monday the 15th of January a free size 5 Official England Replica Rugby ball signed by the Senior England Men’s team. 

b. On Tuesday the 16th of January a free size 5 Official England Replica Rugby ball signed by the Senior England Red Roses team. 

c. On Wednesday the 17th of January an adidas voucher worth £165 to use on a pair of adidas trainers with Continental rubber compound soles. 

i. To use the adidas voucher please visit https://www.adidas.co.uk/running-continental-shoes. The voucher code is valid for 1-time usage online on adidas.co.uk orders only until 29.02.2024. The voucher is excluding delivery costs, is not valid on prior purchases and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts or be exchanged for cash money. Other exclusions may apply - those products will be marked as such on adidas.co.uk. After use of the voucher, the remaining unused amount will be forfeited. In case of returns or cancellation of your order please note that we apply discounts pro rata over your ordered products. That means that in case of a (partial) return or cancellation you will not have used your (full) discount. In this case you can contact our customer service to request a new voucher for the remaining amount. d. On Thursday the 18th of January a voucher for a two-hour driving experience for two at Mercedes-Benz World, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0SL.

i. The two-hour experience is made up of one hour on track in the Mercedes-AMG 63 and one hour off-road in a G-Class. Food and travel costs will not be paid for by the Promoter, this will be the responsibility of the winner to organise. The winner will have 12 months to redeem the voucher and attend the experience on a date of their choice depending on availability at Mercedes-Benz World. 

e. On Friday the 19th of January four general admin tickets to the final of the FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup, which is being held at Molineux Stadium, Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4QR, on Sunday 31st March 2024 with a 3pm GMT kick-off.

i. Food and travel costs will not be paid for by the Promoter, this will be the responsibility of the winners to organise. Tickets are non-transferable.

3. No cash or voucher alternatives are available for the prizes.

4. The promotional period will run from Monday the 15th of January until 23:59 Friday the 19th of January 2024. 

5. To participate and have a chance to win, entrants must complete the entry form located on the following web page https://www.continental-tyres.co.uk/rewards/partnership-promos/entryform/ during the specified promotional period.

6. Completition of the entry form provides entry into all remaining prize draws. Meaning, entering on Monday the 15th of January would grant access to all five prize draws. 

7. There will be a total of five winners, meaning once an entrant is drawn as a winner, they're then exlcuded from any remaining prize draws.

8. The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.

9. All winners will be drawn by the 31st of January. The winners will be notified by Continental Tyres and or Kwik Fit within 3 business days. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Continental Tyres' discretion.

10. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

11. Continental Tyres reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

12. By participating in the promotion, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

13. Continental Tyres and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to the promotion or the prizes awarded.

14. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Continental Tyres, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury, death, or property damage, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize(s).

15. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will be handled in accordance with Continental Tyres' privacy policy.
