The anti-puncture specialist
Specially designed for e-bikes up to 50 km/h, we have combined our SafetySystem Breaker with a highly flexible -natural rubber. The result is an extremely cut and puncture resistant breaker ply which has a low rolling resistance thanks to its high elasticity. This helps saving battery life and the environment. High acceleration torques and fast speeds in turns are easily absorbed by the breaker. The specialist for fast e-bikes and rental bikes.
Benchmark Test CONTACT Plus
In the course of the development of the new CONTACT Plus, a total of nine tires has been compared with a competitor’s tire model in a susceptibility to piercing (blade) test. The benchmark test results by the Zedler Institute underlined that the CONTACT Plus would perform „distinctly more resistant” against the damages by pieces of glass and comparable items than the competitor’s tire.
On an average, the CONTACT Plus was convincing with up to 30% higher puncture protection than the competitor’s comparable tires.
